Akhirya Apple merilis iPhone 12 Series melalui acara khusus yang digelar secara virtual pada Selasa (13/10). iPhone 12 membawa kejutan dan diapresiasi oleh banyak Apple fanboy di seluruh dunia, dengan desain dan fitur yang dibawanya.
Untuk pertama kalinya, Apple merilis empat varian iPhone 12 pada tahun , yaitu iPhone 12 Mini, iPhone 12, iPhone 12 Pro, dan iPhone Pro Max. Keempat varian itu tentu membwa keunggulan masing - masing dan sesuai dengan target pasar yang diinginkan Apple.
Secara keseluruhan iPhone 12 menampilkan desain yang segar, karena ia menerapkan desain frame tepian yang lurus tegak seperti iPhone 4 dan iPhone 5 yang tergolong lawas. Meski demikian desain macam ini dinilai banyak disukai. Selain itu iPhone 12 menjadi iPhone pertama yang mendukung jaringan 5G. Apple mengklaim modem 5G di iPhone 12 bisa mencapai kecepatan download hingga 4 Gbps.
